Features

One of my paintings (Tranquility) has just been chosen for inclusion in the 16th Annual “Botanicals” 2026 Online Art Exhibition from the Light Space & Time Art Gallery, receiving a “Special Recognition” award for outstanding art. This exhibition will be open online for the full month of February on LST’s website.

I have received “Winning Finalist” recognition in three other art competitions:

  • Lightness of Being – selected in Blue Koi Gallery’s “Echos of Abstract” Art Competition (September 2025)
  • Azul – selected in Ten Moir Gallery’s “True Blue Art Competition” (May 2025).
  • Treasure Map – selected in Blue Koi Gallery’s “Timeless Abstract Art Competition” (April 2025).

A Few Words About Me

Born in Beaverton Oregon, I have always felt a deep connection to nature and the outdoors. The PNW has been home for as long as I can remember.

Moving to Seattle when I turned 10, what struck me most was the light – the way the sky shifts when it rains, and the mist that settles over the Cascades. I am continually drawn to history, to dreams, and to the idea of a shared memory.

In my work, I try to pull from all of this. I’m not interested in telling anyone what to feel or think – only in holding up a mirror…
