I am a self-taught artist just emerging onto the Seattle art scene, bringing a unique and distinct approach that’s all my own…

In recent months, two of my paintings have received “Winning Finalist” recognition in two separate art competitions. First, Treasure Map was selected in Blue Koi Gallery’s “Timeless Abstract Art Competition” (April), followed by the selection of Azul in Ten Moir Gallery’s “True Blue Art Competition” (May). My latest exhibition is at the Seattle Athletic Club – Northgate (333 NE 97th Street, Seattle WA 98115), where nine of my original works are on display now and being shown in the club’s Main Hallway, just off the Lobby area through Friday, June 6.

Club hours are 5:30 AM – 10:00 PM (M-F) and 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Sat-Sun). Purchases can be made at the Front Desk.

A Few Words About Me

Born in Portland Oregon, I am a self-taught abstract artist now living in Seattle Washington. I have always called the Pacific Northwest home. From a young age, I was interested in taking things apart and putting them back together.

With my artwork, I tend to follow a similar process. I break down a painting into sections, and then combine them piece-by-piece back into something unique and engaging. I like to search for and discover gently-used/sometimes-forgotten canvases – as well as old or antique frames – and upcycle these materials to create something entirely new and different.
